December 2005 Luncheon - Our Lady Of The Snows, Belleville, IL

Bev's Christmas hat had a snowgirl in a red hat & purple boa!

Judy wearing the Birthday Crown!

After the gift exchange! Of course, since we are the Red Hat Mini-Makers,
the gifts are pretty small to see in the photos!

Queen Mum Fay gave all of the Red Hat Mini-Makers Kazoos (the official Red Hat musical instrument) for Christmas. Some of the gals try them out!

Marian & Judy chat with ladies about our Red Hat group.

Our group checking out the trees at the exhibit.

The Miniature Museum of Greater St. Louis (all of our Red Hatters are members) participated in the exhibit for displaying the Hacienda Chapel and miniature Christmas trees. Our Lady Of The Snows built the free-standing display in the shape of a Christmas Tree. The Chapel was created by Rita Venegoni and donated to the museum by her estate. The trees were decorated with crystals and miniature angels since the theme was Angelic Splendor.

We ended our day with a trip through the gift shop! We found some wonderful treasures! After all, the official hobby of the Red Hatters is "shopping." Our chapter, the Red Hat Mini-Makers has the additional hobby of mini-making.
